The Service Centre provides both warranty and non warranty repairs on behalf of 26 marine electronic manufacturers including 35 brand names world wide and in many cases are used directly by the manufacturer or are recommended by them as the primary Return To Base (RTB) service facility. In some cases we are the only factory authorised Service Centre for certain geographical locations or for certain products or brand names and carry the manufacturers full authorisation for management of warranty in those areas.

The Service Centre works through the manufacturers existing dealer or distributor network providing full world wide cover through local "Service Points" as well has having our own offices in some European countries. Our aim is to provide a fast, high quality and guaranteed repair service. In the UK this is presently 5 working days and 7 in Europe There is also an optional 24 hour service available (UK Only).
